CERTAINTY TOOL is Quantum theory of Gravity tool which forecast RAIL ACCIDENT also

Let me know forum in India where above System can be demonstrated ???No department in GOI is following TRIPS-WTO Agreement and this fact is already brought to notice of Cabinet Secretary shri K.M.Chandrashekharand to all Directors of IIT,s and IISC Banglore but with no reply from their side..what is use of annoucing Policy by GOI Department when they are not following it.Law makers are Law breakers then who will protect law ??
